{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company (Grinnell), appeals the decision of the Butler County Court of Common Please granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Westfield Insurance Company (Westfield). Defendant-appellant, Terrell Whicker, also appeals the decision of the trial court to deny his motion for summary judgment and grant summary judgment in favor of Westfield.
