{¶1} Joseph G. and Mary E. Morales appeal from the grant of summary judgment by the Portage County Court of Common Pleas to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Specialty Underwriting and Residential Finance Trust Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2007-BC1 ("U.S. Bank") in a foreclosure action. We affirm.
