{¶ 1} This is an appeal from two parallel judgments of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas which reversed decisions of the Unemployment Compensation Review Commission ("UCRC") denying appellee's eligibility for unemployment compensation benefits during two time periods. Both of the subsequent trial court reversals of these UCRC decisions were timely appealed.
