DECISION AND JUDGMENT

PIETRYKOWSKI, J.

{¶ 1} This accelerated appeal is before the court from the February 11, 2009 judgment of the Sandusky Court of Common Pleas which granted defendants-appellees, Joan and Dennis Van Ness' and Mary and Gary Sirmons', motion for summary judgment in an adverse possession case. Because we find that no genuine issue of fact remains, we affirm.
