MEMORANDUM DECISION

FINDINGS OF FACT

{¶ 1} 1) Plaintiff, Timothy Dozier, asserted his automobile tire was damaged when the vehicle struck a pothole on Interstate 75 south in Hamilton County on February 7, 2009 at approximately 4:15 a.m. Plaintiff described the damage incident noting, "I was in the right lane, between mile marker 12/1 & 12/3 (when) my car then struck a very large pothole."
