OPINION

GRADY, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant, James Clay, appeals from his conviction, following a jury trial, of the offense of sexual battery, R.C. 2907.03(A)(7), and a five year prison sentence imposed for that offense pursuant to law. Finding no merit in the errors Defendant assigns on appeal, we affirm his conviction and sentence.
