{¶ 1} Kimberly Byrd appeals from her conviction and sentence in Dayton Municipal Court following a no-contest plea to one count of possessing drug paraphernalia.

{¶ 2} In two related assignments of error, Byrd contends that the trial court erred in overruling her motion to suppress the evidence against her. She claims police illegally detained her when they exceeded the scope and purpose of a traffic stop....
