{¶1} Carl Saultz appeals his convictions for five counts of non-support of his minor child. Saultz contends that the trial court violated his statutory right to a speedy trial. Alternatively, Saultz argues that his trial counsel provided ineffective assistance because he failed to respond to the State's reciprocal discovery request in a reasonable time, which would have prevented the speedy trial time...
