{¶1} Relator, Ado Staffing, Inc., commenced this original action in mandamus seeking an order compelling respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate its order awarding respondent, Christuean Colson ("claimant"), temporary total disability ("TTD") compensation for the closed period from June 30, 2006 to June 28, 2007, and to enter an order denying said compensation.
