{¶1} Relator, Joel L. Wombold, commenced this original action in mandamus seeking an order compelling respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate its order that terminated his permanent total disability ("PTD") compensation and found fraud, and to order that relator's PTD compensation not be terminated, or at least, to find that respondent's fraud determination was in error.
