{¶ 1} Dominic Barkley is appealing from his multiple felony convictions following a court trial. He assigns three errors for our consideration:

ASSIGNMENT OF ERROR I: The trial court committed plain error by convicting and sentencing Mr. Kimbrough [sic] to separate, concurrent sentences on his two offenses, after it had already determined that they were allied offenses...
