{¶1} Appellant, John Sanders, Jr., appeals his conviction out of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas. This Court affirms.

{¶2} On September 23, 2008, Sanders was indicted on one count of domestic violence in violation of R.C. 2919.25(A), a felony of the fourth degree. At arraignment, Sanders pled not guilty, and the trial court issued a no contact order....
