V(5a)(A)(1)(b), relator, Lorain County Bar Association Legal Ethics and Grievance Committee, filed with this court a motion for interim remedial suspension pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(5a), alleging that respondent, Bonita Marie Hurst, has engaged in conduct that is violative of the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct, and she poses a substantial threat of serious harm to the public. Respondent did not file a response.
