{¶ 1} On June 6, 2008, defendants1 filed a motion for summary judgment. On February 20, 2009, plaintiffs filed a response. A reply brief was filed by defendants on February 27, 2009. On April 2, 2009, the court held an oral hearing on defendants' motion for summary judgment.
