{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Che D. Glynn, filed February 3, 2009. On October 31, 2008, Glynn pled no contest to a charge of possession of cocaine, in violation of R.C. 2925.11(A), a felony of the third degree with mandatory imprisonment, and to a second charge of possession of cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree.
