{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Edward Heys appeals from an order overruling his "Motion for Relief from Application of the Adam Walsh Act." The Ohio General Assembly enacted Senate Bill 10 (S.B. 10) in response to the federal "Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act" (AWA).
