{¶ 1} This case is before the court on appeal from the judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas which, following a no contest plea, found appellant, William Lee Cable, guilty of two counts of robbery. Appellant pled no contest and was found guilty of robbery, in violation of R.C. 2911.02(A)(2), a felony of the second degree, and was sentenced to serve three years in prison...
