{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Kenneth Baldwin, appeals convictions for two counts of felonious assault under R.C. 2903.11(A)(2), with accompanying firearm specifications, one count of discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises under R.C. 2923.162(A)(3), and one count of having weapons while under a disability under R.C. 2923.13(A)(3). We find no merit in his five assignments of error...
