{¶ 1} Appellant, the state of Ohio, takes issue with the lower court's grant of James Johnson's motion to suppress evidence obtained in a search of his girlfriend's vehicle. The trial court found no articulable facts that would justify the officers' actions in conducting a search of the vehicle.
