Pilgrim, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas finding him guilty, pursuant to a jury verdict, of one count of possession of crack cocaine in violation of R.C. 2925.11, a first-degree felony, and sentencing him to serve a four-year prison term and pay a mandatory fine of $10,000.
