{¶1} Appellant James M. DeWalt appeals his conviction in Carroll County Municipal Court on a minor misdemeanor traffic offense of failure to yield half the roadway. Appellant was driving a Chevy pickup truck that collided with a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction at the crest of a hill. The matter has been appealed once before, and was reversed and remanded for retrial because a witness testified as an accident...
