OPINION.

CUNNINGHAM, Judge.

{¶1} Plaintiffs-appellants Marvina Mincy, Jackie Sanders, Ja'rico Sanders, and Jay Sanders appeal from the trial court's grant of summary judgment for defendant-appellee Kenneth Farthing in a negligence action. For the reasons that follow, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
