{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, the state of Ohio, appeals the trial court's judgment sentencing defendant-appellee, Nathan Eppinger, to 25 days in jail. We reverse and remand.

{¶ 2} Eppinger was charged with two counts of forgery. He pleaded guilty to one count, a fifth-degree felony, and the remaining count was dismissed. After a presentence investigation report...
