{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Mohan Jain, appeals the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees, Omni Publishing, Inc. and William Bornmiller (collectively "Omni"), on his claims for breach of contract and fraud.
