{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Mohan Jain, appeals the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees, Omni Publishing, Inc. and William Bornmiller (collectively "Omni"), on his claims for breach of contract and fraud. Because Jain cannot demonstrate that Omni breached its agreement or engaged in fraud, we find that the trial court properly granted summary judgment...
