{¶1} Tracy J. McDonald appeals his conviction and sentence for felonious assault. On appeal, he contends that the trial court erred by not allowing him to withdraw his plea of guilty. We disagree, finding that McDonald decided to withdraw his motion. McDonald next contends that he was afforded ineffective assistance of counsel because his counsel had a conflict of interest....
