{¶1} Plaintiffs-appellants, J. William Corey ("Corey") and On Demand Land, LLC (collectively, "appellants"), appeal from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, in which that court granted the motion for summary judgment of defendant-appellee, Big Run Industrial Park, LLC ("appellee"), as to appellants' claims for breach of contract.
