{¶1} On May 13, 2006, plaintiffs-appellants, Steven McRae ("appellant") and several of his friends entered Kahoots, a bar and restaurant, to celebrate a bachelor party. In the early morning hours of May 14, 2006, as the group was exiting the establishment, a bouncer allegedly grabbed appellant without warning and pushed him through the front doors.
