{¶ 1} Plaintiff, Orville A. Ault, related he was traveling south on State Route 60 "about ½ mile before Duncan Falls, when a light reflector came sliding across the road from the north bound lane and punctured about a 3" hole in the sidewall" of the right rear tire of his truck. Plaintiff further related "[w]hen the tire blew out it also punctur(ed) the rear air suspension bag....
