FINDINGS OF FACT

{¶ 1} 1) Plaintiff, Wanda Landrum filed this action against defendant, Bureau of Motor Vehicles ("BMV"), alleging BMV issued her incorrect license plates for her 2000 Ford Expedition which resulted in the vehicle being towed. Plaintiff seeks damages in the amount of $165.46 for towing and storage expenses. Payment of the filing fee was waived.
