{¶1} Appellant Dana Sillin appeals the decision of the Licking County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, which granted permanent custody of her three children to Appellee Licking County Department of Job and Family Services ("LCDJFS"). The relevant facts leading to this appeal are as follows.
