{¶ 1} Defendant, Virgil Smith, appeals from his convictions and sentences for aggravated robbery and felonious assault.

{¶ 2}This case involves three separate incidents in which victims were robbed and physically assaulted during the late evening hours of December 19, 2005 and early morning hours of December 20, 2005, in various locations in Springfield.
