BROGAN, J.

{¶ 1} William E. Thurman II appeals from the trial court's judgment entry upholding the Ohio Department of Insurance's revocation of his license to sell insurance.

{¶ 2} Thurman advances two assignments of error on appeal. First, he contends the trial court erred in finding that he violated a 2003 order suspending the revocation of his insurance license on condition that he make restitution....
