JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

PATRICIA ANN BLACKMON, J.

{¶ 1} Appellant Efrain Ortiz appeals his convictions for one count of attempted murder and two counts of felonious assault. He assigns eight errors for our review.1 Having reviewed the record and relevant law, we affirm in part and reverse and remand in part Ortiz's convictions. The apposite facts follow.
