{¶ 1} Appellant, James M. Kennedy, d.b.a. Kennedy's Broadway Billiards, filed this appeal seeking reversal of a judgment by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas affirming a finding by appellee, the Ohio Liquor Control Commission, that appellant violated certain liquor-law provisions.
