OPINION

DONOVAN, P.J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Martin D. Grundy appeals his conviction and sentence for one count of possession of cocaine, in violation of R.C. § 2925.11(A), a felony of the fifth degree. Grundy filed a timely notice of appeal with this Court on August 19, 2008.
