{¶ 1} This is a state appeal from the August 25, 2008 judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, which dismissed count I of the indictment against defendant-appellee, Linda S. Cook, finding that it was barred by the six-year limitations period set forth in R.C. 2901.13(A). The court further denied the state's motion to amend count I of the indictment.
