VUKOVICH, P.J.
¶{1} Defendant-appellant Jessica Derov appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Court No. 4 which denied her appeal of an administrative license suspension (ALS). On appeal, she claims that the trooper lacked reasonable grounds to believe she was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OVI), which is a requirement for an ALS.
