¶{1} Appellant John Paul Gomez ("the father") appeals the decision of the Noble County Common Pleas Court, which denied his motion to reallocate parental rights and responsibilities and allowed appellee Dagmar Gomez ("the mother") to retain custody of the parties' children. The father urges that the court imposed a stricter standard than the statutory "changed circumstances" test and that the court abused its discretion...
