FAIN, J.
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Dorrian D. Jones appeals from his conviction and sentence, following a guilty plea, upon a charge of Aggravated Robbery, with a firearm specification. Jones contends that his trial counsel was ineffective, and that his indictment was defective for having failed to include a mens rea element.
