{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, following a jury trial, in which appellant, Beverly Hollstein, was found guilty of one count of receiving stolen property, in violation of R.C. 2913.51, and was sentenced to serve a prison term of 18 months.
