{¶1} On or about December 5, 2007, appellee, Kevin Krueger, received a Notice of New Classification and Registration Duties based on Ohio's Adam Walsh Act, R.C. 2950.01, et seq. The notice indicated that appellee was being classified as a Tier III sex offender.
