{¶ 1} 1) Plaintiff, Da'Juan Burns, an inmate incarcerated at defendant, Ohio State Penitentiary (OSP), stated that "[o]n or about June 20, 2008 I was issued four green state uniforms that I was not fitted for and that were not my correct size."
