{¶ 1} This case is before the court on appeal from a judgment of the Huron County Court of Common Pleas. Appellant, Carlos Torres, was found guilty of violating R.C. 2925.11(A)(C)(3)(f), possession of marijuana in an amount equaling or exceeding 20,000 grams, a felony of the second degree.
