{¶1} On November 20, 2007, the Stark County Grand Jury indicted appellant, Stanley Cox, on two counts of breaking and entering in violation of R.C. 2911.13 and two counts of vandalism in violation of R.C. 2909.05, all felonies of the fifth degree.
