OPINION
HENDRICKSON, J.
{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Rod Edward VanLoan, appeals his conviction, in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas, for child endangering and murder. We affirm appellant's conviction.
{¶2} On May 5, 2007, appellant caused his 14-month-old daughter to fall and hit her head. As a result of the fall, appellant's daughter clenched her hands, her eyes began "rolling back" and she became non-responsive...
