{¶ 1} Eleanor Thacker appeals from a judgment of the Clark County Court of Common Pleas, which denied her motion to vacate a default judgment in favor of Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, pursuant to Civ.R. 60(B). For the following reasons, the judgment of the trial court will be reversed and the matter will be remanded for further proceedings.
