¶{1} Defendant-appellant Kevin Maguire appeals from his sentence rendered in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court for his conviction of driving under the influence of alcohol, a violation of R.C. 4511.19(A)(1)(a)(G)(1)(e)(i), a third degree felony.
