¶{1} Defendant-appellant Kareem James appeals from his conviction of felonious assault with a firearm specification which was entered in the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court. He raises issues concerning prosecutorial misconduct, weight of the evidence and sufficiency of the evidence. These arguments are without merit.
