{¶ 1} Philip Miller appeals from the judgment of the Miami County Common Pleas Court which granted Bruns General Contracting Inc.'s motion for a preliminary injunction enjoining Miller from operating any business in Ohio which directly or indirectly engages in a business similar to Bruns, which includes all aspects of general contracting.
