{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, David Hunter, appeals his convictions and sentencing for one count of receiving stolen property, under R.C. 2913.51(A), and one count of forgery, under R.C. 2913.31(A)(2). Both charges were felonies of the fifth degree. Appellant asserts the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress the evidence and claims he was denied the effective assistance of counsel...
